Overview
The Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) tracks changes in average residential property prices in Kenya. It offers an objective measure of housing market trends, reflecting price movements that are independent of changes in property characteristics. The RPPI covers the first quarter of 2022 (2022 Q1) to the fourth quarter of 2025 (2025 Q4), based on data from property listings, the 2023/24 Real Estate Survey, and quarterly survey of real estate agents.
