Overview

The 2023/24 Kenya Housing Survey (KHS) provides an in-depth analysis of the current state of housing in Kenya, examining factors such as housing affordability, quality, access to utilities, and the evolving needs of households across both rural and urban settings.

This survey offers invaluable insights into the housing conditions faced by Kenyans, highlighting significant challenges as well as opportunities for progress.
