The Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS) is implementing the Kenya Statistical Quality Assurance Framework (KeSQAF) which is a tool for assessing and monitoring the quality of data produced in the National Statistical System (NSS) and beyond. The framework also outlines the criteria for validating Citizen- Generated Data (CGD) for official reporting in areas where data gaps exist, especially on Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) indicators.
